There's a lot to learn

came back from camp yesterday
was super tired
but super fun
& satisfying

i feel that i'm a better person now after the LIA camp
as in the more strict & get-up-&-go farhana
not boasting, seriously
cause i used to be the petty & escaping-from-every-problems farhana
it's time to repent

i don't know why
but suddenly i feel that every little petty things i do,
i have to be responsible of it
especially to the group i'm in charge of,
Dot, which means Dorothy Stang (don't know who? check it out!)
& that they see me as a role model
it was a tough job afterall

Every actions has its consequences
one for all, all for one
10 jumping jack for every non-English word spoken
but it's no ordinary jumping jack
*jump* one!
*squad* *flap arms like a duck*

okay, here are the phrases that
i kept emphasizing to my junior leaders
during the camp

"Believe in yourself"
"Have initiative"
"Leadership is not about talking back but is to influence"
Lastly,
"one for all & all for one"

really learnt a lot from this camp
even though i'm the group leader
cause usually the campers are the ones
who should be learning from this camp
but hey!
there's still a lot to learn right
even though you're at an older age..
so yeah (:

the camp seems short
when i just got started
to bond with my junior leaders
feeling kinda sad
but am proud of them
cause i know that my junior leaders
will be successful people in the future
after leaving the camp
(sounds so ambitious, LOL)
